Clinical Supervision in Washington

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, I offer person-centered supervision to help you grow and thrive. With a focus on building your confidence, competence, and ethical practice, I meet you where you are and provide the support needed to become a strong, anti-racist clinician with excellent assessment and diagnostic skills as well as strong ethical decision-making processes.

Drawing from a diverse range of counseling experiences, including community mental health, urgent care centers, youth treatment facilities (both outpatient and inpatient), as well as my expertise in a group practice and private practice in Spokane, WA, I possess the knowledge to provide comprehensive support to supervisees at any career stage. As a mentor and teacher, I take pleasure in guiding clinicians to identify and cultivate their unique strengths.

Supervision fees

Single-session supervision & consultation (for post-licensure therapists only):

$150 per 50-minute appointment

Scheduled as needed

Ongoing Supervision

A monthly flat fee allows you to have a weekly 50-minute supervision session and support between sessions as needed. This ensures that you are fully supported through your clinical journey

Continuous supervision involves the sharing of your ongoing clinical responsibilities. As your supervisor, I hold legal and ethical accountability for your client interactions and clinical decisions. The monthly fee structure serves as a testament to our ongoing shared commitment. It is a privilege to share these responsibilities with you, and I believe that consistent supervision allows you to develop your skills in an environment where you feel confident that you have the support you need.

Individual supervision, ongoing (for associates and post-licensure therapists):

$400 per month

50-minute weekly appointment individual supervision

Paired supervision, ongoing (for associates and post-licensure therapists):

$300 per month per person

50-minute weekly appointment for two therapists
