  • Brainspotting - Your eyes connect to your nervous system through the deep brain. Brainspotting is a clinician-guided technique to access and clear memory networks in your subconscious. This work is excellent when talk therapy becomes stagnant or issues are not being resolved through traditional therapeutic methods.

  • Breath-work & Visualizations - Learn and practice tools that you can use daily to reduce the overall impacts of stress and anxiety, improve focus, improve sleep, and increase creativity.

  • Biofeedback Hardware and Software -A user-friendly, discrete Bluetooth ear sensor that you can use with an app on your phone to practice and track the impact of the breathwork and visualization tools. Watch your heart rate variability on the screen of your phone as you enter mind/body coherence or the zone of optimal performance while a sense of calm washes over your body.

    • Biofeedback hardware is not for all clients and is an additional cost to the client. Appropriate use will be assessed and discussed on an individual basis.

  • Solution-Focused Counseling Techniques - problem-solving and exploration of delegation opportunities as needed

  • Mindfulness Therapy - Staying present and grounded. Increasing self-awareness
